Thursina Perkuat Karakter Kepemimpinan Anggota TSA 2025-2026 Melalui LDK

A military-style atmosphere of discipline enveloped the Batu Army Polytechnic (POLTEKAD) area as hundreds of new members of Thursina Student Association (TSA) of Thursina IIBS Middle and High Schools participated in the Basic Leadership Training (LDK) for three days, on October 29–31, 2025.

The program is designed as the initial stage of character building for the newly appointed TSA management, preparing them to carry out the mandate of organization with vision, discipline, and integrity. The activity was attended and directly monitored by the Education management team; Ustaz Muhammad Rajab, M.Pd.I. (Chief of Education), Ustaz Rois Haqiqi, M.Pd. (Principal of Academic), and A. Ali Syihabuddin, S.Si., M.Pd. (Principal of Academic).

From the first day, participants were immediately introduced to the rhythm of military discipline. It opened with a health checkup and barracks assignment, followed by Marching Regulations (PBB), Character Building, and National Insight.

In the evening, participants received guidance and counseling (Bimsuh) through cheerleading sessions, aimed at building cohesiveness, positive militancy, and a sense of belonging to the organization. A complete rundown of activities from day one to three is officially included in the TSA LDK Renlakgiat document.

On the second day, mental and leadership strengthening became the main focus. After practicing discipline since dawn, participants received further PBB training, followed by two core topics: Leadership and Anti-Bullying. In the leadership session, participants learned to be firm yet empathetic leaders, capable of making decisions, and understanding the moral responsibility of young leaders.

Meanwhile, anti-bullying material instills an attitude of mutual respect, prevents bullying, and creates a healthy and safe organizational culture for all TSA members.

On the final day, the training shifted to a more joy and reflective nuance through icebreakers and fun games. The combination of strategy, teamwork, and problem-solving games was designed to test the effectiveness of communication, collaboration, and leadership values. The event concluded with a closing ceremony, symbolizing the completion of the basic training of character development for TSA leaders 2025.

The Chief of Education, Ustaz Muhammad Rajab, M.Pd.I, emphasized that LDK is not just a formal agenda, but a long-term character investment for the students.

"Leaders are not born in a comfortable environment, but through discipline, model, and rigorous training. We want TSA to be intelligent, moral leaders who are able to inspire and set an example for other students," said Ustaz Rajab.

Through LDK TSA 2025, Thursina IIBS hopes to build young leaders who are mentally mature, strong in character, communicative, and possess a leadership vision aligned with the RECODING values: Religious, Caring, Open-Minded, and Inspiring. (iz/lil)
